Acquisition and project management

Build on our excellent contacts in the automotive industry. We will manage your project on site at the premises of the automobile manufacturer – starting from the acquisition through the bidding phase and the sampling of components right up to the final product and series production. We will assist you in preparing the tenders, in on-site audits and in maintaining first-class quality during series production. Regular visits to the automobile manufacturers as well as coordination with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Disposition complete our project support. If there should be any unexpected discrepancy in the series production, we will organize the sorting actions and rework of the product at the customer’s site with the previously approved companies.

Our focus is on components around the engine such as crankshafts, valve train, castings and forgings – regardless whether machined, partially processed or as castings. If additional processing is required and cannot be done in your production, we will be happy to help.
